Reservation policy

• Check-in from 14:00
• Check-out by 12:00 noon
• Early check-in and late check-out might also be possible, and is subject to availability (extra charges may apply)

 

Booking cancellation policy
Booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show the hotel may charge 100% of the first night’s accommodation as penalty.

Credit card policy
Credit card details are only required as a guarantee in case of a no-show or late cancellation. Payments in the hotel can be made with a different credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) or in cash.
The hotel reserves the rights to pre-authorize credit upon arrival

Payment
All payments for services received at the hotel must be made prior to departure, otherwise the hotel maintains the right to charge the guest in full using credit card details provided upon reservation or check-in.
All prices are indicated in Euros. The price includes breakfast and VAT.

Children
Children up to 2 years can receive a cot free of charge. Children up to 7 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a room with parents without extra bed.

Pets
Only small pets are  allowed at the hotel and must be agreed with the hotel. The price is 10 LVL per pet.
